By commissioning a project, the client agrees to these terms.
Any terms of the client are explicitly rejected.

1. GENERAL

ShootYourRealEstate operates as a professional photography service focused on architecture, interiors and branded environments.

All agreements, quotations and services are subject to these terms.

2. QUOTATIONS & BOOKINGS

All quotations are non-binding unless otherwise agreed.

A booking is confirmed once:

• the client agrees in writing (email is sufficient)

• the project is scheduled

From that moment, the agreed date and time are reserved exclusively for the client.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are based on the scope of the project.

Invoices are payable within 14 days, unless agreed otherwise.

Late payments may result in additional costs or suspension of delivery.

4. EXECUTION OF THE ASSIGNMENT

ShootYourRealEstate executes all assignments with professional care and creative autonomy.

The photographer determines:

• composition

• selection of images

• editing style

The client acknowledges that the work reflects the photographer’s vision and style.

5. DELIVERY

Images are delivered digitally in high resolution (unless agreed otherwise).

Standard delivery time:
within 5–10 working days

This may vary depending on the project.

6. USAGE & COPYRIGHT

All images remain the intellectual property of the photographer.

The client receives a license to use the images for the agreed purpose.

Without written permission, the client may NOT:

• resell images

• transfer usage rights to third parties

• alter or edit the images

ShootYourRealEstate reserves the right to use the images for:

• portfolio

• website

• publications

• promotional purposes

7. CANCELLATION

If a project is cancelled:

• within 48 hours → 50% of the agreed fee

• within 24 hours → 100% of the agreed fee

This covers reserved time and preparation.

8. LIABILITY

ShootYourRealEstate is not liable for:

• indirect damage

• loss of profit

• delays caused by external factors

In case of force majeure (weather, illness, unforeseen events), a new date will be proposed.

9. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

The client is responsible for:

• access to the location

• permissions

• readiness of the space

ShootYourRealEstate is not responsible for issues caused by incomplete preparation.

10. APPLICABLE LAW

Dutch law applies to all agreements.
